Suitable for anyone who has never tried yoga before or has lost confidence since last sitting or standing on a yoga mat.
For the most noticable benefit I highly suggest that in your first month you try 3 classes a week to allow yourself to get familiar with the practice and for us to find what works best for you sooner rather than with weeks delay.

Get support with ageing related limitations, chronic health issues, injury or general lack of energy and strength.
These classes will incorporate a lot of stillness, you don’t have to move if you can’t or don’t want to. And defenitely nothing gymnastic or strenuous. Just feeling weak and struggling to get your confidence back on your own? I’ve experienced this, I can support you on your journey back to yourself. Can’t lift your arms high? No problem. Can’t stand up? We’ll adapt each session to your needs.
