Yoga

Yoga is a physical and potentially spiritual, non-competitive, practice that will flush your system of stagnant energy, strengthen and rejuvenate your body and create space in your mind. You can utilize these benefits for your general wellbeing and if you are interested you can use them to aid your path to physical or emotional recovery.

There is so much written about yoga, I would like to invite you to not read anymore but come and try out some practice without thinking about it any further. Come and attend 3 classes and see if maybe you are ready to give this practice some time.

Available Yoga Classes:

{mostly I give private one-to-one lessons; sometimes I am invited to teach small groups – I prefer a maximum number of 6}

My main offerings at this time are: Yin Yoga & Therapeutic Yoga for everybody who would like to explore ways to support their nervous system, has body issues they would like to improve (which can be healing or fitness related)

& Yoga Foundation for absolute beginners who are unsure about joining a general ability class: I am available on request any day of the week, available for private and small group classes. 30 – 90 minutes

I also offer:
Ashtanga Mysore Style classes 45-90 minutes, in your first week you can expect 45-60 minutes.

Yoga India sequence as a led practice for beginners and those happy to start over: 60-90 minutes

I try and maintain a very calm yoga practice room : students arrive quietly at the class and observe silence during Yoga.
