To my practice of Thai Massage and Yoga.
I welcome clients of all age groups and in my recent Yoga teaching have enjoyed working with students with health issues, including sciatica and stroke, who without private classes with me would not have done any yoga practice at all. It has been a fantastic experience to help build body confidence with my students.
